Return Policy

• All return claims must be made with in 7 days of shipment date

• All returned items must be received in salable condition with all  manuals, parts, accessories and paperwork intact.

• All Returns must be in original factory packaging

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

• Defective items will be replaced without charge

• Shipping charges are not refundable

Warranty Info

All Berkel Company and Avery Berkel equipment is warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. Both Berkel Company and Avery Berkel North America maintain national service programs, ensuring warranty service anywhere in the continental United States. Damage due to misuse or abuse is not covered under warranty.

Nella Bros., Inc. is a designated Berkel and Avery Berkel service location.

To Obtain Warranty service:

If you have purchased equipment either directly, by phone, or through our website, you may at any time return it to us for warranty service. We will repair or replace any defective parts and restore equipment to original working condition as per Berkel and ABNA’s warranty program at no cost to you.  We will ship the goods back to you at no cost to you, however, we will not pay the cost of getting the goods to us. Please call us at (516) 294-2630 Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:00Pm EST to obtain a warranty authorization number before shipping any goods to us for service.

If you do not wish to ship goods back to us for warranty service, you may  contact the Berkel company or Avery Berkel North America designated service location in your state or county. You can obtain a list of these locations at www.berkel.com or www.averyberkelusa.com. Any designated service location is authorized to repair their respective equipment either in or out of warranty.

Cutlery, because of  its nature as a cutting instrument, cannot be warranted against breakage.  In this regard, all manufacturers implied warranties will apply. That is, items will be shipped free of defects in materials and workmanship. Claims for damaged, chipped , bent or broken blades and handles will not be honored.
