With factory trained technicians on staff, we service the entire line of Berkel food equipment as well as other Major brands of slicing machines, mixers, grinders and food cutters. When necessary, loaner service is available on selected equipment at no extra charge.

Slicing Machine Service

Nella Brothers offers quality service on most brands of slicing machines from factory trained service technicians. Whether it be repair, maintenance, or complete overhauls, we guarantee the quality of our workmanship and parts. Specializing in slicing machine service, we offer either OEM slicing machine blades or the highest quality made in Germany replacement blades. We also offer loaner service at no extra charge.

Poor slicer blades cost you money!

Experienced deli men and women know an improperly tuned slicer or a slicer with a worn out blade costs them money in more ways than one. Being able to slice cold cuts very thin is key to customer satisfaction worn out blades will slice, but not without shredding or leaving “tails” on your cold cuts this results in wasted product. Discarding only ¼ of a pound per day of product is more costly than a new blade over the course of a year.

Why can’t I get a straight slice on my machine?

Improperly tuned slicing machines can cause a multitude of problems. Misaligned carriages cause square products like cheese to become angular. Tables out of alignment to the blade causes slices to be thin on one side and thick on the other. Both conditions result in waste!
